What's included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes:
- Dusting all surfaces, furniture, and décor
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors)
- Cleaning kitchen (sinks, countertops, exterior of appliances, microwave)
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Making beds (upon request)
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. We use effective, safe products that get the job done right.
If you prefer eco-friendly products, we offer that as an add-on service for just $15. If you have specific products you'd like us to use due to allergies or sensitivities, just let us know when booking.

What's the difference between deep cleaning and standard cleaning?
While standard cleaning maintains your home's cleanliness, deep cleaning goes much further:
- Standard Cleaning: Focuses on visible surfaces and high-traffic areas, perfect for regular maintenance
- Deep Cleaning: Includes everything in standard cleaning PLUS baseboards, light fixtures, inside appliances, behind furniture, and intensive scrubbing

How much do your cleaning services cost?
Our transparent pricing is based on your home's square footage and the type of service:
- Standard Cleaning: $0.08 per square foot
- Deep Cleaning: $0.12 per square foot
- Move-In/Out Cleaning: $0.16 per square foot
- Commercial Cleaning: Custom pricing based on your needs

Do you offer discounts for regular service?
Absolutely! We reward our regular customers with these discounts:
- Weekly Service: 15% off
- Bi-Weekly Service: 12% off
- Monthly Service: 10% off
Regular customers also enjoy priority scheduling and locked-in rates. The discount is automatically applied when you select your frequency in our quote tool.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never! We believe in complete transparency. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay. This includes:

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. However, we understand that sometimes you need cleaning sooner!
For last-minute or same-day service requests, please call us at (919) 213-0761. We'll do our best to accommodate urgent needs based on availability.
What are your business hours?
Our cleaning teams are available:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
You can request quotes and book services through our website 24/7. Our office responds to inquiries during business hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients prefer to schedule cleaning while they're at work. We offer several options:
- Leave a key in a lockbox or hidden location
- Provide us with a door code
- Leave a key with a trusted neighbor
- Use our secure key holding service
All our staff are thoroughly background-checked, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.
How long does a cleaning take?
Cleaning time depends on your home's size and the service type:
- Standard Cleaning: 2-3 hours for average homes
- Deep Cleaning: 3-5 hours (more thorough)
- Move-In/Out: 3-6 hours (empty home)
We'll provide a time estimate when you book. Our team works efficiently while maintaining our high standards.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! PrismCleaning NC is fully insured and bonded. This means:
- General Liability Insurance: Protects against any accidental damage
- Bonding: Protects you from theft or dishonest acts
- Workers' Compensation: Covers our employees while in your home
Additionally, all team members undergo thorough background checks and professional training before entering any home.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change! Our cancellation policy is:
- 48+ hours notice: No charge, full refund if prepaid
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours: Full charge applies

We're proud that less than 1% of our services require a re-clean, but we're always ready to make things right!
