Service Estimates and Scope

Online prices and quote estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request, including service type, square footage, property condition, add-ons, frequency, and access details. Final scope, timing, availability, and price may change if the actual job conditions differ from the information provided.

Cleaning tasks are limited to the selected service package and approved add-ons. Special requests should be discussed before the appointment so we can confirm availability, pricing, supplies, and scheduling.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information, identifying fragile or high-value items, securing valuables, disclosing known hazards, and giving reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please make sure utilities such as water and electricity are available when needed for the service.

Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to secure pets, weapons, confidential materials, medications, and other sensitive items before service begins. We may decline, pause, or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, inaccessible, or materially different from the booked service.

Payments, Deposits, and Invoices

Payments, deposits, and invoice balances are due according to the terms shown in the quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or payment portal. We may use third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle to process payments. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to resolve declined, reversed, or overdue payments promptly.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations, missed appointments, lockouts, lack of required access, or materially changed job conditions may result in rescheduling limits, retained deposits, or reasonable charges where permitted by law and disclosed for the service.

Limitations of Service

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, not remediation, restoration, medical, pest, mold, biohazard, hoarding, construction, or hazardous-material services. We do not move heavy furniture, handle unsafe items, or perform tasks outside the agreed scope unless separately approved. Results may vary based on age, condition, staining, buildup, prior damage, and material type.

Website and Portal Use

You agree not to misuse the website, customer portal, forms, quote tools, payment pages, or APIs. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, attempts to bypass security controls, interference with service availability, false bookings, fraudulent payments, scraping, reverse engineering, or use that violates applicable law.

If you create or use a customer portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Intellectual Property

The website content, branding, text, images, layout, and related materials are owned by PrismCleaning NC or used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them for commercial purposes without written permission.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, unavailable access, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
